In anticipation of 4.0 migration and to expand our support infrastructure, MonsterCommerce has added three new members to our team...

Sarah will be helping Jim answer inbound sales calls while Tiffany and Megan help in tech support and 4.0 migration.

Tiffany and Megan will be training foir the next two weeks... if you get the chance to speak with them, please welcome them to the team (and please be patient with them). smile.gif We don't want to scare them away on one of their first days on the job! hehe

Good to see monstersmile.gif is bolstering it’s already industry leading customer support group. I’ll never forget the first time I called monstersmile.gif for tech support and was shocked that I didn’t get dropped in auto attendant hell or have to wait on hold for 45 minutes. Bless you monstersmile.gif support. Bless you.

Capt., I thought (only for a second) that with the success of this forum you’d go the other direction and decease your call center. Then take the all too familiar (read: Satanic) path of offering “free” support via email or this forum and charging for telephone support.

Honestly we really appreciate the positive feedback. We always display testimonials, positive emails and forum posts in the MonsterCommerce weekly Wednesday meetings.

Your positive feedback is very much appreciated and very much needed.

Regarding kissing butt... I don't buy into that. Strap and Ultimate can be some of our toughest critics.

I like the fact that they compliment when we do well and nail us with feedback when we do something wrong.

Yeah, I think I have nailed Captain and monstersmile.gif more often than anyone. I am a big complainer when I don't think things are working the way I want them, I usually push pretty hard to get it done my way, but I have learned over the years to compromise also. monstersmile.gif is a good compromiser, good match for my company.
My mother is the actual company owner and her nickname is "barracuda" and I am nicknamed "Mini Barracuda", we can get quite mean when we need to and things are usually done our way! LOL, makes for fun family get togethers. We should be the next "osbournes" t.v. show! devil.gif
