Well, the clocks have changed and I'm back with my recurring problem! Am I the only one that can't figure out time and clock setting?

I assumed the forum would automatically change the time to DST--apparently not? So do I need to go into my controls and change mine again? I don't want to go ahead and change it on my own if MC is going to correct the forum to DST later today.
