I have a quick question. I'm currently selling a product on my site where I offer FREE Shipping only if the caller calls in. But when I select CALL FOR PRICING on the website, it changes it to VIEW, which is fine. But after the caller calls in, how do I place the order for them??? Or how do they place the order?

You will want to create a price level. Assign a price for the product in the Price Level field in the product editor and then once they call in, modify their customer account (or create one for them) that will be assigned to that price level.
