I have a question - Does anyone else find Intellicontact extremely slow? I wait sometimes over a minute for page loads especially on the reporting page with them.

The live help is never online....I am just not impressed and getting more and more annoyed everytime I sit and wait for slow page loads.

Yes..I just made a post about intellicontact this eve, I stumbled upon this forum in a google search. The upgrade that they just launched 3.0 has pretty much wiped my ability to send any campaigns out and I have angry clients breathing down my neck who just don't want to hear that I can't do anything about it right now. Awful response times for customer service, I'm starting to wonder if it's a one man show down there?? I've sent about 5 emails in the past 4 days and haven't heard a peep from them. I also called and left them a message for support and nothing over 24 hours later.
