I was just interested in finding out how stores fulfill thier orders.

Fulfill meaning the processing of the order: Picking, Packing, Shipping.

Do you have a physical store that ships out the orders? Maybe most of your items are provided via Dropshipper or direct from the mfg. Some may have a small staff or just get help from friends. And of course - I'm sure there are some loners out there that do it all on thier own...

The best way to start any small business is with family, they are much more understanding during hard monetary times. Our company is a family business and at first it was just me and my mother, than we added other employees and my father works part time (with running the other family company).
But, one thing I have learned is that you can not do it all on your own if you plan on growing, you must always budget for help.

We have a physical store.

We are a co-op... sort of like a small family. just 2 of us on staff. During busy times it seems all we do is pack boxes.....

It makes it easier to see others working just as hard to make it all work!
