When I called them they said it had something to do with an update or something. The service was back up over the weekend briefly and then was down again on monday. Again I called and they said about the same thing. I then asked if they were going to be crediting our account for the down time. The person I spoke with said that they haven't decided yet how they were going to handle the situation. Maybe if

flexed there collective muscle, all of us who are using them could get some kind of price break for the down-time.
