If your reading this, you may want to give second thought to the advertising your doing for this company (Live Office online chat). They have been down for FIVE DAYS (and counting). This wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't told me that they have no plans to credit accounts for lost days.

Did you check your contract? Maybe you can do a chargeback.

We have been looking into adding live chat to our sites. Thanks for the heads up on Live Office. They don't sound like the kind of company with whom I would like to work.

Livechat has also been down for us! I called and all they could say is they are aware of it and it should be up shortly... 5 days mad.gif

I tried calling their support line but they are closed on weekends. Did they give a reason for the downtime?

Dont you wish everyone had monstersmile.gif's support? I hate when I cannot reach support on weekends. I understand that people do take time off, but maybe I am the only one still working like crazy during the weekend and enjoy it..lol

When I called them they said it had something to do with an update or something. The service was back up over the weekend briefly and then was down again on monday. Again I called and they said about the same thing. I then asked if they were going to be crediting our account for the down time. The person I spoke with said that they haven't decided yet how they were going to handle the situation. Maybe if monstersmile.gif flexed there collective muscle, all of us who are using them could get some kind of price break for the down-time.
