I'm having trouble contacting Authorize.net. We have our merchant account set up, and we need an account with Authorize.net. I've emailed them twice within the past two days. And also called them three times, unable to get through. Is anyone else having problems? Or is this normal and I should just be patient? smile.gif Thanks a bunch.

I haven't had to contact them much as our bank merchant account automatically set that up for us. However, the few times when I have tried to contact them there usually isn't a problem.

This is the number I have for sales, incase I have a different number than you, is 866-437-0476

Have you gotten this straightened out yet? If not, you can go directly to their website at: www.authorize.net and once you log in there is an option to contact them. There is a telephone number there where I have always been able to get through to a representative, or you can even use the "Live Chat" on Monday through Friday from, I think it is, 6am - 6pm.

I used the live chat with them and they were real helpful.
