Has anyone had any issues with Total Merchant Services ? If so , how was it resolved.We ended up with someone that was locked in her room as a child most of her life and is very unhappy with the world , that is reviewing our account .Lesson do not send a check as a refund to a customer , do the refund on their card.

Total Merchant Services has the worst customer service i have ever seen , they

froze our account without contacting us for two weeks .They gave us a list pod

(proof of deliveries ) they wanted to verify our company was legit.We complied ,

then they kept on coming up with new demands , we complied with those also.The

problem with the entire thing was they never returned our phone calls , emails ,

faxes for weeks unless we left a ranting message . They wanted us to sign a

personal guarantee , why would we sign something like that when these people

from the CEO of the company all the way down to the dept mgr refused to to

respond to our inquiries . This went on for seven weeks , us paying all the bills not

being able to get access to any of the money that was collected from our

clients .It all came to an end last week when we sent a letter to a publication that

the CEO of Total Merchant Services is considered to be a God , the letter exposed

his companies lack of customer service and business ethic . Mr unnamed CEO

never responded to emails or phone calls , however they did give us our

money .All communications were done through the salesperson that signed up our

account , never through a mgr or supervisor .That is totally wrong , they belong

in the hall of shame .Best lesson always have two merchant accounts and stay

away from Total Merchant Services.

Total Merchant Services did a debt collection on me.

Back in July 30, 2004, I had file compliant with this company. I paid the company the my balance in full. To my knowledge thing was resolved between both parties. On August 19, 2006, I request my credit report with Experian. Total Merchant Services did a debt collection and it on my credit report.

I have all the document prove that I paid the company in full.

Enclosed are copies of:
- Item detail on my credit report
- Satisfied note from the company to both (Paid in Full amount $978)
- Complaint activity report Case# 11014429 with Better Business Bureau
- Letter from Better Business Bureau
- Complaint letter to Better Business Bureau

I am sending this to Experian and dispute the item on my credit report.

This company is the worst customer service and try to get money from you when you fire them.....
I also strongly suggest you get in writing once you fired this badly practice by TMS Inc. (Paid in Full receipt for your protection).

TMS was the first credit card processor that we signed up with when we first went online years ago. We ended up going over the very low arbitary sales volume that they set for us and held our money over 10K for almost 3 weeks for no good reason. Worst customer service and company policy ever.
