I am new to . We are trying to put up our new products and wonder why when you go to look at your site they dont show up when you click on the catagory/subcatagory link. Any help would be appreciated.

What are you getting in its place? A broken image link?

If you are getting a broken image link, right-click on that image an select properties. Pay attention to URL and directory and finally the picture name it is looking for. Make sure that your pictures are located in that directory.

This is a good place to start looking, there are other steps to take after that.

Are you using the data import tool?

I had that problem at first also. If nothing is showing up under category/subcategory, make sure you have set up at least 1 subcategory for each category. Also check to see that you have set up your manufacturers.
