According to my stats over the last 7 days googlebot is about 1/3 of my robot hits for almost 1000 total googlebot hits.

To me this seems decent.

Why then do I have only 1% of all search engine referrals coming from Google?
And why do none of my keywords show my site on google? I know I am not in the top 10 pages. And my PR is only one.
30% of the robot hits from google but no results just does not make since. If googlebot is coming about 140 times a day, what the heck is it doing?


And on Yahoo, all of my top key words have multiple page 1 placements with most being top 1 or 2.
Yahoo provides 53% of my search referrals. MSN is 28%. Google 1%

I am just banging my head here.

Any insight would be helpful.

Wish I could provide some insight, but Google is impossible to figure out.

Google is somewhat impossible to figure out but there is one thing that stands out from all the other search engines.....links. The more links you have pointing to your site the better you'll do in Google. Charles....G. has 1 backlink listed for your site and it's from a page that already has like 1000 links on it.

I suggest a linking campaign using trageted keywords such as "Sequin Vests" and "Sequin Hats" etc. Work like mad to get links which in turn will raise your PR and get you higher up in the SERP's.
