Thats good to know Captain... we usually use http://www.ourdomain.com:8383 - I assume this is the same thing... just another way to get there. whistling.gif

Ultimate-

You are correct. That is the best way to go. http://yourmail.monstercommerce.com is an old subdomain when we used to handle mail processing slightly differently.

CloningPC-

To check your mail, you should then go to http://www.cloningpc.com:8383 and enter in your full email as a username, and then your password in the password field. Make sure you are using IE, as AOL and Netscape do not work very well for this. biggrin.gif

After you do that....I suggest running your mail through an outlook. If you need help with that let me know.
Captain
I corrected a mistake I made above...

I accidently posted the wrong info... it should be http://yourIPaddress:8383

Thanks!

I never knew this option was available. I use Outlook to get my mail. Can autoreponders be edited through this method?

I tried to log on using my admin user name and password, but it would not let me. Does it have to be set up for me?

http://yoursitename.com:8383

Also when you log in, sometimes it mal-function with AOL, so try Internet Explorer.

Also when logging in, it is admin@yoursitename.com with your password and it should work then.

The best way to set up the autoresponder is through IMail. There is a way to do it in Outlook, but I have never personally done it.

In IMail, you need to go in the Edit Auto Response in the drop down box. From there, you can select the mailbox (Probably Main if that is where the default mail goes) and then type in a title and the message that you want to send back in the auto response. Note, the first sentence in the auto response message is the title of the email. The title you put in the auto response section is simply a title for you to keep track of. cool.gif
