We use shopping.com and google adwords for referrals. Both offer code to go on the after checkout page. I added them to the post checkout page. Both are supposed to show a little button for a survey. Problem is, neither pops up when i follow the ads. Help!

Bookmark is correct... you will want to place the code (if you haven't done so already) into the Order Confirmation Message for EACH payment type offered on your site... you'll find these in your admin panel by going to Order Processing > Custom Payment Manager and Order Processing > Online Payment Manager.
