The issue with your stats account has been fixed for 11/18 and I am also backdating to get the info from the 17th. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Any other client that experienced a similar issue can place a ticket for their site and a tech will take care of it ASAP. Thanks!

For us, no stats were recorded on one day last week. I think it was Wednesday.

You've got to do it under My 
now (admin panel). You'll need your customer number and password. I found mine in an old email.
