is it possible to setup up something somewhere that sends and auto emails to buyers when they purchase 1 certain item.
I'm selling something that can be emailed to the person and would like for this do setup to email the file automaticly so they don't have to wait. Or maybe after they checkout for this item have it forward them to a page where they can download it.
Any ideals?

You might want to look at the e-product setup. I think it can do what you are asking.
