I'm using urchin 3.4. When I get a report for domains the top three domains are pepboys.com, cogentco.com and lilly.com. This seems very odd since our existing and potential customers are not in those industries or categories.

Anyone know why I urchin is reporting these domains and how to fix this problem?

Thanks,

ds

Is your site brand new? How much trafic is coming from those domains? If the company is large enough, you can certainly have hits from a domain like that if their employees are spening money on your site instead of, well, working.

I haven't actually used Urchin in years, though I just moved my first site up to the basic dedicated hosting with only 6 sites, so I will be messing around with that again soon.

It is a small company specializing in video for mobile phones. It seems odd that pepboys would take such a strong interest in video for mobile phones, but, heck maybe we're missing a big oppty there... Pepboys.com accounts for 20% of the traffic.

thx
