Than I get an order that the email address to sent an order alert gets a Demon return thingy, and than the credit card number won't go through our machine.
And the weirdest is I get an order on an item I can't find on my site anywhere. No matter how I search, regular or advanced I can't get this product to show up. The only way I found it was doing a search in the product editor...but how did the customer find this item?
Of course we are calling them all to see if we can help.
And all this time other orders are coming through!
