Yeah that article is a good one. I would recommend for sure if you take AMEX to ONLY ship to the billing address on the card.

They really favor the consumer on charge backs. Though if you do much b2b you'll probably need to accept AMEX. A lot of companies will want to pay AMEX only.

That e-commerce service provider is good, who also provides IPN (Instant Payment Notification) to its merchant. 2cheekout and ikobo are two companies which provides IPN information to its merchants.
Whenever a customer makes purchases from merchants website and makes credit card payment the Instant Payment Notification is sent to the merchants email.

2checkout may be good but MonsterCommerce are still not able to integrate with 2Checkout. Like to have some news about this from on when 2Checkout payment gateway will be ready.
