Full Version: Is This Also Your Experience With Sales At Mc?

I'm a prospective shop owner, thinking of moving to MC and trying to reach the sales dept.

On Saturday they should be open, but I got switched to a Tech Support person who was indifferent to my query, said that they were not present and just switched me to the sales dept. voice mail. The voice mail did not work (a message said it was off the hook).

Then I sent an email yesterday requesting for answer to a couple of questions that I wrote up and asking to be called backtoday. Sales did not call me back today.

I was very impressed by the unique business model and presentation on MC's web site. However, the lack of communication seems to contradict the promises.

Is this a common experience with MC?

I second that. They have very good customer service - better than a lot of other hosts - but nobodys perfect.

monstersmile.gif has very good support and has been very helpful to me.

I don't know about the Sales dept, as I haven't had much to communicate with them about. Tech Support is usually quite awesome.

They've always been helpful on the phone. If they don't know the answer to a question, they admit it, write up a ticket so someone else can follow-up on it.

The only thing that needs improvement is Tech Support answering and simultaneously closing a ticket before you've had a chance to ask additional questions, but that has improved.

Our sales group is open part of the day on Saturday and closed on Sundays. Our tech support group is open 24/7.

I agree with the concensus. Overall very pleased with responsiveness and communication.

Gotta toss in here.

I think you experianced a fluke leeflang. Even when I call and ask a question to something so obvious, that even my tech-illiterate wife laughs at me, they are alway quick, helpful, and accomidating.

I'm sure the fellow who answered your call feels silly having mis-handled it, but in general tech guys are kinda like that anyways(hehe j/k)

The sales, and tech departments at monstersmile.gif have always been awesome in my experiance.
