I'm a prospective shop owner, thinking of moving to MC and trying to reach the sales dept.
On Saturday they should be open, but I got switched to a Tech Support person who was indifferent to my query, said that they were not present and just switched me to the sales dept. voice mail. The voice mail did not work (a message said it was off the hook).
Then I sent an email yesterday requesting for answer to a couple of questions that I wrote up and asking to be called backtoday. Sales did not call me back today.
I was very impressed by the unique business model and presentation on MC's web site. However, the lack of communication seems to contradict the promises.
Is this a common experience with MC?
