Where is the section for all shipping questions? Did it get moved? Sorry, I cannot find it anywhere, and I need to know what service to use to ship to UK, because they are not listed in the USPS global priority mail list.
thanks

Hello Krazykickz
If you want to post shipping questions, probably the best place would be
http://forums.monstersmallbusiness.com/ind...p?showforum=53& which is the "How Do I?" menu. To answer your question, you should probably use USPS Global Express Non-Document Service or UPS WorldWide Express. Those would be the best options, in my opinion.

I think the USPS lists it as Great Brittan, or GB. I could be wrong.

Hello, Krazy
I really appreciate all the great advise I get from you and all the other regular contributors (you know who you are), and the dedicated MC staff.
I am not sure if the Shipping point I am about to make is best discussed here. Oh well, chalk it up to my being a "newbie."
Krazy, you mentioned elsewhere that for "first-time" international customers you require a faxed copy of their credit card (both sides), their photo ID, and their signature attesting to the statement that they agree to the total charges on the order in question.
This is a great idea - kind of a slap-myself-in-the-forehead moment. Obviously (then why with our current site didn't we think of it?) if the customer can FAX a clear image of the credit card, it most likely means they do indeed have the card in their possession and are much less likely to be using the card fraudulently.
Krazy, and here's my question, when you say you only ship to the Billing Address, how are you confirming what this is? The credit card will not have the address on it, of course. And you do not ask that the photo ID be one that has their address on it (reading from you site.) Is it the case that your Gateway or Merchant Account Provider can Address verify all or most of your foreign orders, and it is this address that must then match the address the customer provides with the order they submit.
Sorry, rambling...
Even without knowing what the actual billing address is, I'm much more comfortable shipping International "knowing" the customer actually has the credit card in question.
I too am thinking of forewarning International customers that we only will ship to the billing address, but how can we verify what that is?
Gracias,
Leathus
