My site is down again This has happened twice in 2 days. The Tech Ticket forum results in a page not found and I can't report it thru my control panel either. Help!!

but you have to know your username and password which is different from the usual one....I would call and tell them

Wow . . . I admire your restraint - I tried to be calm and submit my ticket once when my site is down and then I thought am I crazy? I paiy for 24/7 phone support I'm gonna use it! so now it's always immediately to the phone!

Hmmmm.....it was after midnight and I didn't even think of calling Tech Support at that time.

Well...I'm just glad it's back up.
