We are currently using the Imail interface provided with our MC store and we are in need of a more powerfull solution. I am a little familiar with outlook but am unsure how to make it work effectively in a multi user enviroment where we would like to share informaton and access.

How do you manage email communications?

I found this software solution mailflow but would love to know how others manage this part of their business.

We have a similar need in our store. E-mail customer service issues are currently handled at one desk on one computer, and we've learned to live with it. However, it would be nice to manage and share all e-mails on more than one computer. I will keep an eye on this and look forward to what others have to say.

I would setup an IMAP account with a company like fastmail http://www.fastmail.fm/ as I am not sure you can do IMAP access in the platform.

When using an IMAP account all mail is actually stored on the server at all times so that if you have multiple machines setup in Outlook or Outlook Express with an IMAP account all the machines will see all that is on the server until it is deleted by someone.
