I tried posting this in the "How Do I" section, but it said I didn't have permission to post???
Anyway, I have a bunch of customers in "In Progress" that I am switching to "Completed", but I don't want them receiving an email saying their order is complete. Is there a way to turn off the automated notification?

Go to:

Site Information>>Site wide settings>>Order Settings tab

There is an option to turn on and off the "auto send email" when an order is completed.
