I would appreciate any cconstuctive criticism that anyone would like to offer regarding the header design, the contact us page (ie is the contact us page to graphical) and policy page. I have only enetered one product so plese disregard that area. I am still working on the "FAQ" and the "Our promise" pages.
Thanks

I like th elook of your site. It is very professional. The graphics are very well done and I felt I could be very comfortable shopping with you. You have your toll free number all over the place and that made me comfortable too. Good job. No critisim here

Clean and professional looking. These qualities help legitimize your company.
The graphic at your contact us page is just fine. I find the policy page good in the following sense - all your policies are in one place. However, I prefer posting links that address some of the primary concerns in "the customer's face". In other words, while a potential customer can find your return policy at your POLICY page, a link called "Returns" screams - hey I know this may be a concern, I have nothing to hide & click here.
Just my preference that I feel appeases some of the trust building factors online merchants must overcome.
Awesome looking site.

Thank you for the kind comments. In regards to the returns suggestion, I think I'll place that in the FAQ section along with some of the other subjects currently in the policy page.

I agree with the others, great looking graphics, attractive site. Easy navigation!
One thing to consider, however, is your large width of the header area. You currently have a very wide header and this may prove cumbersome to your users that surf in a much smaller resolution (namely 800x600.) Still today, despite the decrease in price of larger monitors, the majority of web users still surf at the 800x600 resolution on small monitors. You do not want to risk loosing the interest of these clients because they cannot see your left-most navigation items.
Something to consider. Design your banner to fit the 800-width standard. If you ignore it, you take the risk of loosing customers who have to scroll. Remember: Vertical scrolling is somewhat acceptable, but horizontal scrolling is definately something you want to avoid.
Good luck!

Ditto, looks great but too wide. Don't chase off the majority of users by having your page too wide.
Your Welcome animation on the front also is a little on the big side.
Other then that it is a good looking clean site.
Good job.

Actually I did keep that in mind. The original design was only 753 with an expanding gif which fills to the right. I recently added a gif (telephone numbers) which is right justified with an expanding gif between the two images. The total combined header images total 896 which should accommodate most 15" to 17" monitors, the 14" (800 pixels) monitors are almost a thing of the past.
If you shorten your screens width you will see how the expanding gif works, especially if you have a large monitor.
Try it and let me know.
Thanks for your input.

P.S I have added a spinning globe as part of my welcome page, since world is part of my name. Let my know if it looks hokey!

I like the header and the graphic in your about us section, the download spped was not too bad on a dial-up. It was a little slow downloading from my work dial-up....but I usually get a lower connection speed from there.
Remember to watch the sixe of your thumbnails & larger pictures. Try to keep them small as possible.
Also I kinda dis-agree with you on the 800 pixles. I last year I have done a lot of repairs/upgrades (talking somewhere in the number of 200 or more) computers and most of them had old monitors that couldn't even go higher than 800 X 600 and the others didn't even know they could increase the screen resolution.
Good luck to ya!

I have changed the site to accommodate 800 pixel screens.
Thank you for your input.

It's how I have the buttons didplayed. All the sites which use the search and manuf. are displayed in the same place. The button just makes it look out of place. I really should change the buttons.

You have done a really nice job with the header... I like how you designed it to fit all resolutons... your store has the professional look and feel needed to sell tech products online. I look forward to seeing your site come to fruition.
