I have a BIG concern with our Registry-it is completely gone from our site since the changes occured this week....I have ALOT of folks who are registered w/ us that depend on that registry to be available as they are sending their friends, families and shower attendees to our site to purchase their nursery bedding and accessories. You guys do a great job, but I must say that the VIP features/Registry that I Paid for is and has been frustrating both for us and our customers. The whole process of creating, viewing and editing is very confusing and is not user friendly. I have sugggestions if interested on how it should read to the user. I have tried discussing in the forums and have gotten 0 replies. I don't feel that you should have offered this feature and to charge people for a feature that does not function as smoothly as it should and also to have no technical support for it...I really, really need to know when the registry will be back up since we have at least 50 people already registered with us who are depending on that registry to be available-that's at least 50 people times sometimes as many as 50-75 additional people per registered person who are shopping which is AT LEAST 2500 people who may be trying to view and buy from these folks registered who are registered w/us!!!!! way too many to be having negative experience on our site (we were already getting many complaints of how difficult and confusing it was BEFORE we lost all the info!!!... and when we will get some technical support for the VIP features? Please look into this matter and get back w/ me-I would greatly appreciate it!!
