are the warehouses the same as wholesalers or dropshippers. I hope so. Is there a way to pay them their percentage while keeping mine all in the same transaction?

I believe that the term "Warehouse" in the admin is relating to any third party logistics company. A wholesaler, dropshipper or even a public warehouse... anywhere you would "send" order information to in order for it to get processed and shipped.
