Hello, all my products have item#'s and identical mfg part #'s. Search or advanced search doesn't seem to work with these #s.
Is thre a setting somewhere I'm missing?
It would be great if people could search with part #s since our printed catalog also lists all products using this #.

From your Admin Panel, choose Site Information > Search Settings. Select the Product Part Number and/or Product Manufacturer Part Number and it should work.

Hmm, I checked my admin and all the settings were checked. Still didn't work.
I guess this is worth a support ticket.

When you're on a Product Page, did you put the mfg # in the Keywords? That should do it for you! Still call tech support though, I'm not sure you have to do it this way...

Looks like you are using advanced variants and I don't think it picks up the number from the advanced variants page, only the part number field in the product editor. To get around this, put the number in the keywords field like cyork suggested or put it in the part number field like 123/124/125.
If you've already got something like this in the part number field, I'm stymied.
