There's been some confusion about the verified store owner group and who should belong. Let me clear this up.
You will be made part of the verified store owner group if you own or operate a MonsterCommerce store. Being part of this group gives you the ability to read more areas of the forums not open to guests and non MC store owners.
HOWEVER, when you first sign up for the forums, by default you are put in the Members group, not the verified store owner group. Many times I'll see posts store related by a member and we'll change their status quickly... however many other times we won't see the posts. Unfortunately as of yet there is no automatic way to know that a particular new forum member should belong as a verified store owner.
So, with that being said, if we missed you, don't feel bad.
Just place a trouble ticket in your admin panel with your forum handle and we'll get it corrected quickly. We plan on implementing a more automatic way of doing this perhaps with a submission form but in the mean time just let us know here and we'll take care of it.Thanks!
