I am new beta tester with monstercommerce.

How do I set up my Real-Time shipping? I don't have any options in my drop down menu for the Carrier-Method. Am I missing something?

In the adim panel, go to the order information>shipping manager menu, there is a field about 5 choices down called select shipping. You should be able to turn on real-time shipping here.

I have the Real-Time Shipping option picked but I don't know how to choose my carrier. The drop down box for Carrier-Method in empty. There isn't anything to choose from.

How do I add UPS and USPS options?

Here the v4.0 developers can take a look at it, and respond to you quickly. I do see the bug you are talking about, and if they are not already, I will make them aware of it. You still may want to post there, though, so you can see a response when it's fixed.
