I downloaded the free trial, but I cannot connect to my site...What do I do? wacko.gif
Call into tech support and they will help you through it. 1-800-353-6582, open 24 hours a day. Though before you call, have you signed up for DataPort yet?
That's what I'm confused about, I'm not sure where to apply. It just said to download the program for a free trial.
Tech support is great here. They will take care of it. Just give them a call.
By the way, in my Admin Panel I don't have the Dataport option in Plugins...
Contact tech support....After they set me up, it appeared in the plugins. I was confused about that too.
