Hey,
Is there something going on with the tech support tickets module?
I submitted a few tickets the other day and they all vanished, with no answers mid you!
If anyone else is having the same problem let me know!

I posted a question earlier this week and have not heard back. Did something go wrong (usually they reply pretty quick).

There are not problems that I know of... I am checking with the Director of Tech Support, Andy. He will reply first thing in the A.M..

I have the same issue. I submitted two days ago and in doing a search to see if it was answered it was gone.

Hello!
It does appear that Ambercat, our ticketing system, has stopped sending email. We are working on the problem and it should be resolved very shortly. However, you can always check tickets through the ticketing system too in case this happens, or you are not in a place where you can check your email. If you log on and click on the requests that are "raised by me" and then check the box which states "Include Requests Closed in the last __ days" and then put how many days back you want to go in the box, and hit apply, it will show tickets that we have closed with the response we have given. This also allows you then to add a note to the ticket, so if you need more explination, the person who closed the ticket will receive that note.
