I wanted to know if after someone places an order. Is there a way to possibly give them an idea of why they aren't finalized? I have put extra info in the online payment manager for the confirmation notice. Under the section of "Custom Response Text to Handle Declined Credit Cards" I have put some responses for the errors one would get, but they don't appear. Do I have to check a box or turn something on/off. Thanks for any help. Zach from
