I am trying to design a site with the same features as this site here

Link to website

http://www.fraichegifts.com/subcatmfgprod....=205&1=229&2=-1

I need to have one photo for my sub categories ( i.e Category "Hammers" - Sub Category "Claw Hammers" Then come up with one photo and multiple buy buttons for the different part numbers and sizes.

I have tried the varients option but I cannot use "surcharges" to sell these products - each one needs its own part number, Retail price, and Your Price.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello -

The closest thing with the options available in your cart would be the 2 versions of the 'QuickOrder' pages. These display a list of products along with quantity boxes.... your customer would fill in quantites for the products they want and put them all in the cart w/ one click of a Buy button.

You can see these pages w/ the following URLs:

yourdomain.com/index.asp?PageAction=QUICKORDER
yourdomain.com/index.asp?PageAction=QUICKORDER2

These do not display a thumbnail for the categories/sub-cats, but you can filter by category. If you choose a category from the dropdown you see on those pages you'll see the URL change.... you can link directly to any one of those pages.

Hope this helps!

Brad - I have heard of the Quick Order page but never really knew anything about it.......is there somewhere in the Admin to have this available/visible to the customers? How do I alter it......or can I? Thanks!
Brad
Hi Scrappin -

They aren't so much options you can turn on/off in the admin panel... you can get to them at anytime by going to one of the URLs above. What you would need to do in the admin panel is create a link to them for the store front.... maybe a link at the top or one of the sides of the site to those pages.

Here's a couple of tips for using them....
1. The difference between them (QUICKORDER and QUICKORDER2 is that QUICKORDER2 shows product thumbnails while the other does not)

2. You can filter the quickorder pages by category/sub-category. To see this, select a category from the list you see on those pages, say gift certificates. You'll notice that the address of the page changes. You could link someone directly to this page which shows only the products in one of the categories.... the same goes for all categories/sub-categories you have on your site.
