Anyone know of a way to move graphics easily from one folder to another? I want to rearrange our file structure to make tracking easier. Right now all I can see to do is import into the new folder from my hard drive and delete it fromthe old folder.
It would so much easier just to move them?
Thoughts?

Dani - the easiest way that I know of is to get FTP access from

and do it all with an FTP client. If you don't know what FTP is then you'll need to get some help from someone who can explain it to you (it's a bit too involved to get into in a forum thread). Essentially, you can move files in a similar way that you do on a local machine. Nice site, by the way. How's business going?

Hi Sal,
Thanks for liking our site. Business is good but it can always be better!!
Ya know, I do have FTP access but I can't connect using WSFTP. I guess I just assumed that the FTP Access from within the admin panel was the only way and that isn't cutting it!
Have you been able to access via a client like WSFTP or regular FTP access methods?

absoultely, I use WSFTP. I think you need to contact tech support. They'll tell you how to do it.

Uh, could someone clarify this for me? I was under the impression that with MC we were not allowed FTP access and had to do all of this through our Admin panel? We also are wanting to do some serious changing, but with about 4,000 images this is rather time consuming through the Admin Panels File Manager.
Thanks!

Only MC can mass move images, Mass moving & deleting cannot be done at this time.
If you call Tech and have a batch you need moved they may be able to help you.
Also keep your Image folders well under 3000 or the folder load time gets slow. So make sure to break the image folders down to smaller numbers.
