We have had this problem from Day 1 of our store and I was wondering if any one else has experienced this.
At least 2 customers a month tell us that they can not check out because our shopping cart will not except the expiration date from their credit card. I know my customers are idiot and probably can't read the little popup that says "Format MMYY" but wouldn't it be easier to put the "Format MMYY" message on the form page rather than have to wait until the pop up error?
If we have 2 a month actually tell us they can't check out how many are walking away? We actually were working with one customer who was frustrated with the check out when the expiration date wasn't accepted and he thanked us for following through with him, however he bought the tool from a competitor since their shopping cart took his expiration date.
We have called support numerous times and always get the same answer. "There is nothing wrong"
I wonder if others are having this issue or is it just my customers that can't figure it out!
