Hoping someone can help us with this.........is there a way to SAVE a message sent THRU an order (Email Customer button in the order)? I've indicated to save Sent messages in my IMail account but it is not working....is there a different setting I need to know about or does it really not save those messages?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

There is no way to accomplish that because they are using two separate mailing systems. Imail is not in any way related to sending orders through your site.

Your best bet would be to just send all email through IMail if you do need it to be saved.
