I have a need for some information surrounding state laws on the issue of un-redeemed gift certificates and gift cards. I am looking for legal briefs, legal decisions on the subject or articles that discuss the issue. Other experiences are welcomed as well. I am aware that this discussion has come up from time to time in forums but I am new to this forum and I am wondering if anyone has some definitive information they could provide.
