To substantially decrease the risk of email spam, MonsterCommerce has created a new policy that requires storeowners to use different information for both their Imail email username and password. Any storeowner using the same login criteria for their username and their password needs to update it immediately.
Email Login Criteria
WRONG:
username: xyz
password: xyz
RIGHT: (example)
username: xyz
password: 123
To do this, please login to your Imail account and select, from Personal Account Options dropdown, either "Change User Name" and/or "Change Password". Enter your new login criteria and you are all set!
