Is there some "standard" verbiage for internet store terms of use or is this something a lawyer needs to draft? If so, where do you find a lawyer (inexpensively) who is knowledgeable about internet transactions?

There are dozens of legal templates you can purchase and modify to your individual needs... you may want to find a tos you like... and then have an attorney review. Its much cheaper than having a lawyer compose from scratch.

Aye, aye Captain! Thanks for the tip.
Should I just search for legal templates online, or do you have a source you'd recommend?
