Yeah, I try to get all the info I can, but customers rarely remember specifics. I have already sent some of the problems to tech and had some things resolved. I was just curious if maybe there was something I have turned on or coded in the html that could be causing problems every once in a while. Maybe another

merchant has had the same thing happen in the past. It doesn't happen often though and I would say 99% of the people call or email us to place their order when a problem online occurs.
I would imagine 95% of the time its the customer doing something wrong that they don't realize.
