i have a good question. i have seen so many sites that do not have a Frequently Asked Questions section or if i have seen one then its barely a full page.
What, in your opinion, are some really good questions to ask our customers?

A FAQ page is question about your products or services that your sutomers want to know not questions you ask your customers.

You can check out our faq page for general questions about shipping. Good Faq pages answer question yuo may think customers will ask about your products.

I have a lot more, but here are some.
Also keep in mind your FAQs have to be consistent with the products you sell, otherwise it will not make sense.

1. When will my order be processed?
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
3. Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
4. Do you ship to military address or P.O. Boxes?
5. Is your site secure and why do not see the security lock symbol?
6. Which credit cards do you accept?
7. Do I have to pay with a credit card?
8. What is your return policy?
9. Do you have a catalog?
10. I want to become a model for your line, what should I do?
11. I want to purchase an item that I see online, but you don't have my size. Will it be coming back in stock?
12. I received my order, but one item was missing. What happens now?
13. My credit card was declined, but the charge is showing on my credit card. What happened?
14. I just ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments?
