I want to sign up for the bizrate.com service which enables buyers on your site site to fill out a short evaluation form immediately after they complete their purchases. But I'd have to insert some HTML on my Order Receipt page, (the page served after an order has been successfully submitted and paid for). This code produces a small pop-up window, inviting buyers on the site to fill out a short evaluation form.

Has anyone done this? Is this possible for me to insert some HTML?

We actually use this right now. It's very easy to just add the HTML to the order confirmation page:

Login to your Admin panel
Goto Order Information > Online Payment Manager
Add the HTML to the bottom of the "Order Confirmation Message" for all payment methods you have setup and wish to have the Bizrate popup on.
(I recommend adding it to all payment methods)

You may also need to goto Order Information > Custom Payment Manager and add it there as well if your using any custom payment methods. (ie. Check/Money Order/Etc)

Yeah, there's no cost to sign up for the customer survey portion of Bizrate. Until we possibly have our own built-in customer survey I'll be using the Bizrate one
