I filled out the form and everything, and payed for mostercommerce. It said a welcome email would arrive in 24 hours I believe. I think I did all this on Wednesday or Thursday. What should I do now? I'm starting to get worried...

As Mineral stated... call 877-663-5169. Ask for Stephanie first thing Monday morning. MonsterCommerce was hit by a tornado and was out of power for several days last week (stores were not down... they are powered from servers in a data center with back-up power)... but it is possible your order was not recieved or lost amidst the chaos.
