Hey great looking site, great colors real easy on the easy on the eye and linking through the site is good.

1. I'm not sure what your site resolution is set at. I am @ 1024 X 768 it looks great, but when I use the restore down feature in IE browser your header is bigger then your table of products. I am not sure what your settings are at and you may not care, but I thought I would mention it.

2. Because your thumbnails are of different sizes, I find it hard to identify some of the smaller ones. Maybe make them a little bigger. (100 X 100 pixels is a great size I have found for both common resolutions)

3. I got real confused when I linked on your Delivery Options, my first impression was that you also carry gems. It took me clicking on the link twice trying to figure out what happened. I didn't understand what you were offering until I read it. Might I suggest different icons/graphics/pictures for your delivery information!

4. Some of your larger or more detailed pictures are quite large (come up slow on a dial-up) you might want cut down on the quality settings. But not so much it creates quality problems. Do something like you did in your Catalog Link at the top of the page (which looks great BTW).

Hope this helps a bit...

5. Your sub-categories are hard to see in some areas, I missed them the first time through. If you set up a icon or smaller picture/graphic to help separate out the sub's better.

Very nice looking site. I love the colors and the rich, comfortable feeling it creates.

Couple of comments:
1. Your buy buttons are in same cases as big as your thumbnails and with the brown color appear very prominent. Perhaps an oval or circular button would soften the look - or even a skinny, long button.

Plus, the odds of somebody buying from the thumbnail page is very small -- how about a View button instead inviting the user to go in for a closer look.

Right now your Click to Enlrage text does this, but again its too big in contract to your pictures.

I would suggest a) make thumbnails bigger cool.gif reduce the size of the text and the buttons

2. Your front page copy starts out very nice "Do you have a chair that you wish had an ottoman? Looking for an unusual shape or chair? " (customer centric) and then loses steam and starts talking about yourself (self centric).

Try to answer the questions you ask in the first line and automatically imply expertise and knoweldge (and improve your bounce rate! smile.gif )

Hope this helps,
Paul

You may want to consider adding keywords to your "Title". You can do this under Company Name in Site Wide Settings. smile.gif
