We want to offer free shipping and would like to know how to do so?

How are you offering free shipping?

Do they have to order a specific amount ?

Certain order total?

or Free Ground Shipping on all items?

I would like to offer free shipping on all items.

The way we do it is to just set up a customer shipping method by weight and we put the weight low as 0.01 and the weight high as 20000 and the cost is 0.00 and we have that for the entire cart.

One thing you could do is mark each product as having "Free Shipping", but then that could end up confusing the customers. What would probably work the best would be to define a custom payment method called "Free Shipping" and then create on weight range that would cover any situation, like 0 to 999999, and set the resultant price to be 0. This way no matter what the order weight is they will always get a shipping price of $0.00.
