MonsterCommerce was hit by a tornado on Tuesday evening leaving our entire Sales and Marketing office without power.

These events do not interupt your online store as our servers are housed in a secure data center with two-story generators.

We have a small generator powering a few phone lines (in the sales and marketing office) for support and sales... 3/4 of our staff is working out of their homes.

Power should be back by Friday morning. We are still providing support via the trouble ticket system and phone as usual... but wanted to inform you of the issues so if for some reason you get a busy signal or a delayed response (yesterday or today)... it's not that we don't care about you. We'll be back running at 120% shortly... thanks for your understanding.

Hope everyones okay, we don't get anything like that in my part of the world, It's just terrifying to watch the US weather reports sometines
