Anyone else think that the Urchin reports are a little flacky? Here are my two biggest gripes:
1. Reports are posted at differents times each day - and sometimes aren't even posted daily. Perhaps a batch file issue on 's end?
2. Google's bots are only listed under types of browsers hitting your site. And there is no way to check the depth in which a robot dug into your site. For all I know, the bot only processed the index page.

Am I off base or are there better traffic reporting solutions on the market?

I am not that impressed with it. I have used both Webtrends and deepmetrix and found them both to be more useful.

Has anyone used the DeepMetrix® Commerce edition. I just checked it out and it is HOT! It is a flat rate of $199 a year and gives up to the minute stats on traffic.

I wonder if Commerce could work a deal with them for a discounted price for all thier users?

WebTrends is better than DeepMatrix and Urchin. Webtrends costs more.

Urchin is far better than Deep Matix.

Deep Matrix was grossly inaccurate and not stable. MC will not be going back to Deep Matrx.
