Hi Tina -

MC does not have a checkbox display for additional products, but you can do the same kind of thing by using Related Products. When you create a product there is a tab for Related Products. Here you can define multiple products to associate with the main product. So when your customers view the main product, listed below are the related products, similar to your sample URL.

Also, if you enable the 'Display Buy Button in Product List' and 'Display Qty Boxes In Product Views' options (under Site Information - Site Wide Settings - Site Layout tab) your customers can enter the quantity desired and click Buy to add any of the related products to the cart.
