I have a series of manufacturers and under each there are product catagories. When I click on the manufacturer in the select list - ALL the products made by that maufacturer are displayed. How do I ensure that products are only displayed when the product catagory is selected.

When you select a Manufacturer in the dropdown the default action is to display all products for that Manufacturer. When a Series is enabled for that Manufacturer that enables your customers to then refine the results of the Manufacturer search. There is not a way to have the Manufacturer dropdown return no products until a Series is selected, since this dropdown needs to return all products for Manufacturers when a Series is not enabled. We can certainly look at refining the Series display in future releases however.
