Full Version: Where The Heck Did Mymonstercommerce Go?

I'm so frustrated. Every page I try to access in order to submit a simple support ticket gives me an error and says that the page doesn't exist! WHERE did the "MyMonsterCommerce" go? All of the links that used to be at the top of the admin home page ("Support/MyMC") are gone, and the ones I found through the forums no longer appear to be valid. I'm still on version 4.1

This is the error I get when I finally find a link to MyMonsterCommerce:

"Data Transfer Interrupted

The connection to my.monstercommerce.com was interrupted while the page was loading.


The browser connected successfully, but the connection was interrupted while transferring information. Please try again.

* Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the computer's network connection.
* Still having trouble? Consult your network administrator or Internet provider for assistance"

I apologize for the confusion. MyMC was replaced months ago when all clients were migrated to Network Solutions accounts. You can create an express support request in your Account Manager. The exact same team of technical support reps (including me) answers these support requests. If you are logged in, your details will load in the form. But you can also go there directly and fill one out directly.

Thank you, James. It might be helpful if you guys could update the Knowledge Base and forums with a redirect or new link to the Network Solutions support site above for those of us who are a little slower to catch up to the new system.
