how can i upload an exsiting customer database to the site? Do I have to manually enter every customers information myself or is there a quicker way of doing it? HELP!

Yes Please! We would like to load our customer file into our site as well and do the newsletters and such from there.
Please gurus...help us out.

From what I was told the guru's can up your customer database to your store for a nominal fee.

I think it was around $50... but don't "quote" me.

I sent an email to tech support about it and this is what they had to say:

There are only two options for this. First, you can do it yourself if you get FULL FTP access, and edit the database (If you do this, be extremely cautious, as messing up the database will really mess up your site). The second option is to send it to us (uploads@monstercommerce.com), and we can do it for you, at a $50/hour charge. It will probably take about a half hour.

Sounds good to me.. I shall try it myself and if not... i will get them to do it for me!
